CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

If you decide to cancel you order, I am happy to accept cancellations made within 24hrs of purchase. Refunds will be subject to upto 5% transaction fee as this is the charge passed on by paypay and stripe.

Due to the nature of my products, I am unable to accept returns or give refunds (EXCEPTIONS BELOW). All orders are made specifically for each customer and are therefore custom orders. Please note that orders take hours to complete and the nails are made upon request. 

Refunds are issued if nails are damaged in transit, please contact me via email at [email protected] to discuss your options.

Returns are accepted on the follwoing items: ready to ship sets, sizing kits, application kits (excludes free application kit) and my pre-made mystery boxes. These items are not made to order and can therefore be returned and refunded. They must be undamged, unopened, in their original packaging and unused. A refund will be issued on reciept of items. Shipping cost are to be covered by customer. And refunds given will be subject to a transaction fee as mentioned above. Please contact me on the email address above to discuss how to process your return. Customers can return the items withing 7 days of recieveing the item(s)

SIZING KITS

Each sizing kit includes 10 different sized nails. When you recieve your kit you can return to our site and order your nails.  When selecting a size, select "custom" size and then leave your sizes in the notes at checkout. If you have purschased a set of nails and recieved a FREE sizing kit, please email your sizes and order number over to us at [email protected] 
 
FREE SIZNG KITS

To receive a FREE sizing kit with your order, after choosing the set you like you will be asked to select a size, choose "custom" size and leave the word "kit" in the "notes" at checkout. Before making your nails we will send you out your FREE kit and then after recieving your sizes your nails will be made. FREE SIZING KITS ARE SENT TO UK CUSTOMERS ONLY. HOWEVER ALL WHO PURSCHASE A SIZING KIT WILL RECIEVE A CODE TO REDEEM THE MONEY BACK WHEN RETURNING TO PURCHASE A SET. 

PRESET SIZES

Pre-set sizes are available, to measure your nails at home please follow the instructions on our virtual size guide, this can be found in the photo gallery of each product. Customers who choose to measure their nails at home are held fully responsible if the nails don't fit. To avoid disappointment, use the method provided and measure twice.

NAIL PROCESSING TIME

Unless you select a pre-made set, all nails are made to order and will take between 1-3 working days to complete. We have a first come first served policy which means that if you ordered your nails and you were 1st in the queue but had to wait a few days to recieve your sizing kit, you will be placed back to the top of the queue and your set will be made as soon as we recieve your sizes.

CUSTOM DESIGNS

Custom designs are availible, please email us at [email protected] send us you ideas and we will give you a quote. A 50% non refundable deposit is required for custom designed orders. After the set of nails are complete, you will be send pictures if you are happy with them, your nails will be shipped out to you after we recieve the outstanding balance. If you are not happy changes will be made until you are satifised with the finished product.

DELIVERY

Please allow 2-7 working days for deliveries. Orders are shipped 1st classed signed (unless otherwise selected) so whilst i hope that your products are delievered to you quickly, please allow for delays due to covid-19.

Items are shipped once they are made, your items should be shipped within 1-3 working days but this may vary.

Ready to ship sets are shipped same day when purchased before 12pm Monday- Friday

International deliveries may take longer 

EXPRESS NEXT DAY DELIVERIES 

When selecting next day delivery please bare in mind that, made to order items are not always made and shipped on the day the orders come in, as they have a 1-3 day processing time. When your order is shipped they will be delivered the next day- Monday- Friday

LONGEVITY OF NAILS

My press on nails can adhere for upto 2 weeks, possibly longer, depending on the glue or adhesive nails tabs you use and what your daily activities are. Please note the longevity also depends on your application, I highly recommend that you follow the instuctions provided, followng each step will increase the time that they stay on.

The longer lenght nails may not last as long as the shorter nails, as the longer nails are easier to get caught on things and could break.

CAN I REUSED MY NAILS?

When worn with glue tabs, press ons are easier to remove and reuse.  To reuse nails that have been applied using nail glue, to prevent damage whilst removing the nails, they will need to be removed with care, following the removal instructions provided. Built up glue on the press on nail can be removed using a gritted cuticle pusher or a electric nail file. This step is not required before reusing the nails however it may effect how long they will stay on for.

WHATS INCLUDED

With every order you will receive a application kit which includes, glue, a mini nail file, a mini nail buffer, a cuticle pusher and 1 alcohol wipe. Glue is not shipped overseas, glue tabs will be sent with international orders.

PLEASE NOTE:  You will see alot of pictures taken where i am wearing the shapes: long coffin and medium square, this is because they picture well, but these shapes will not automatically be sent out to you. You will be given the option to choose the shape and lenght that you desire. I will soon be adding some pictures of each shape available.
